Our daughter Sonia got married on March 29th, 2014. While preparing for it, we hired Schwartz and Woodward for complete planning of this big event in our life. The owners of this company Jo Ann and John were very personable yet absolutely professional in their dealings and services from start to finish. Jo Ann was very receptive to our wishes and desires in how we would have liked our event to be. She replied to our emails and calls very promptly. They both together helped us stay on track the many months leading up to the pre-wedding festivities and then the wedding day. All the detailed organizing aspects of the wedding were finalized in a very timely manner. All the appointments were kept very timely as well. Jo Ann herself was present at every single appointment with each vendor, and facilitated in the communication with them.
The most spectacular part of the wedding planning was on the event days, march 28th and 29th, when JoAnn and John watched over and coordinated with each vendor so personally to make sure all was moving along in a timely manner. And the whole setup on both days was done so exquisitely that it was beyond all our expectation and imagination! We were speechless and were sure that it couldn't have been so meticulous if it hadn't been for their complete dedication to the commitment they had taken on 12 months prior to our daughters wedding.
Jo Ann had been very actively. Involved in the event planning all the way through, but how John came through on event days was amazing too. He was there supervising every detail with just as much passion, even helping the groom with his bow tie and his boutonnière before the reception time. Their staff of two other assistants were an added asset, as they were helping my daughter stay calm and stress-free while she was getting ready for each event. They all stayed at the event till it was completely over. Overall, it was a beautiful experience working with Schwartz & Woodward.
